20 premium townhouses built in the Christchurch city centre. All houses had 3 levels, a garage space with office or bedroom were locatted at the ground level. The mid level had an open space for living, dining and cooking and the top floors had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Design done while in W&M.
